Mitahara is the initiative by Sai to bust the myth that dieting and starving are synonymous. When some of his close aides followed some crazy diets and
starved themselves to achieve that proverbial six pack or size zero, he realized that something was amiss somewhere. Not only were his friends grumbling
about their diet but some of them also had some adverse health effects..physically and emotionally.
Well quite naturally, he had his plate full of questions and convictions. Questions as to why was everyone following something that made their life
miserable and conviction that unless one enjoys what they do, it is not going to be effective.
Sai’s Eureka moment was when he understood that no two diet plans can be the same !! Talk to the Mitaharians and they will vouch for this !!
Mitahara guides you to not only eat healthy but also ensures you enjoy and appreciate every morsel of your food. If you are looking for some exotic or
expensive or fancy tongue twister type of recommendations for food, we will tell you right away to look elsewhere!! Mitahara teaches you how to “turn your
plate” and eat right.
The Mitahara approach involves analysis of an individual’s eating pattern and suggesting minor tweaks but with major effects. One look at Sai and you will
aver that he practices what he imparts. He doesn’t like the word preach you see !
Mitahara’s three month program does not start and begin with a food chart doled out to you. It ensures that the transition to your new way of eating is
smooth and understands if you get off track. The dedication and passion displayed for your well being will make you steer your way back on track. Phantom
hand at work ??!!
We will leave that to your imagination !!
Testimonials given here are from real time folks like you and me who have discovered and benefitted by Mitahara.
The plate is now full with convictions alone !! Conviction that every day is another chance to change your life for the better.
Lose weight in .. days…. (says the ad)
Wowwww. This is what I have been waiting for. Regardless of the impracticality of the claim I venture forth with full enthusiasm and gusto,
despite the insistent voice at the back of my brain trying to convince me in vain that its stupid to try it. My long-suffering husband tries once or
twice to prevent me but do I listen!! Of course not. The next few days open a panorama of events which witness a myriad of emotions in me ranging
from excitement, enthusiasm, and determination and then going to doubt, a slight disappointment and with further days total disgust at myself for
having believed in these fad diets in the first place.
I have tried every kind of magic and miracle diet ever conceived. Many gimmicks and many fancy ways to eat. I am sure they work for some. But
never for me. It’s more than the vanity factor that made me feel depressed. It was the ‘ Not feeling so good’ factor physically.
And then my husband said - “Try Mitahara”.
I was then introduced to Sai. And the main ingredient in Mitahara became evident. That is Sai. He never preaches what he does not practice and what he
practices is spell-binding. You should see his runs to believe them.
What one would enjoy most when you become a practitioner of Mitahara with Sai is that you get to eat enough. You will eat tasty stuff, and you will never
be hungry. You eat what you are used to. Only that he is there for you and with you and is constantly guiding you through the right quantity, right
variation, right time and method of eating every morsel. And what else, while Mitahara may suggest a diet, he doesn’t stop there. He also guides one to
strengthen one’s body and make them capable of more endurance.
So what’s the most significant difference between what Sai does and what others do? He was behind me all the time. Literally forcing me to keep up to the
diet and the work out. What impressed me about him was the understanding he showed when I was struggling, and the way he encouraged me and motivated me to
stick to the diet. He didn’t promise me wonders. He showed me the way to achieve the wonders. He made me a fighter. Gratitude and Respect, Sai.
So here I am on - off to feel lighter, stronger and strangely with a much clearer mind as I don’t have to deal with any unpleasant feeling in my stomach
caused by unhealthy eating.
All the best Sai and all the very best Mitaharis - in more ways than one - eating right is the core of living right....We are all fighters thanks to our

I Was once 108 Kgs and after going through some serious crash diets manage to get to 68 Kgs . I crashed badly during one of my training rides and
i climbed to 88 KGS in no time even tough i train a lot i was still not seeing a huge difference in the weight . I was looking to get some advise on
how i could manage my diet ,being vegetarian with a lot of oversea travel its extremely difficult to intake the right nutrients into my body.
Thankfully i meet sairam and being a endurance athlete himself it was easy for both us to work together . His methods are simple and effective.
First step is to understand what i am eating on a day to day basis a simple sheet to collect all data. Second step is to assess what i am
doing wrong. Third step is to make changes to the what i was eating on a daily basis.
In my assessment i was consuming more carbs than what i need and less protien that what i require . Best part of his diet plan is no major
changes to what I was eating but its only how much i was eating and when i was eating what.
The best part of eating is to count the nutrients and not the calories that way we know what good is going on Food is the best medicine for man
and Truely Sai knows how to plan it for a day to day life so that its easy to adapt and take it life long.
I started off with 88 Kgs and its been 60 days now and have lost 8 KGS . No crazy diet , starvation or suppliments simple home food with right
nutirents thanks Sai for the help and would really love to see more people getting part of this healthy eating.

I was trying hard to lose weight thats when one of my friends (Raghav Venkataramana) referred me to Sai. After meeting Sai i understood that starving is
not the right way to lose weight but to eat healthy food at regular intervals and do workout. Whenever i tell people around me that i need to reduce weight
the first thing i hear from them is "stop taking rice". I feel its close to impossible for a south indian to not eat rice whereas Sai's diet plan says eat
rice but in limited quantities, which impressed me. He does regular followups. I have lost close to 6 kgs in 6 weeks. Thanks to Sai and raghav. I am heading
towards a healthy lifestyle now. Happy to be part of mitahara.
