I started training with Sai and team since March 2022. Being a yoga practitioner and a teacher, flexibility is a non issue. I wanted to add strength training to make my practice even better. With age we tend to lose muscle mass and we constantly need to work to make them stronger. This is where Sai's sessions have helped me alot. Each class is different, focusing on different muscle groups. These sessions are highly invigorating and make me come back for more.
